Over £33,000 was raised in less than 30 minutes at the Bonhams charity art auction organized by Pakistan Rising for the cause of flood relief. The featured artists were Rashid Rana, Nurjan, Faiza Butt, Shafaq Ahmad, Iqbal Hussain, Salman Toor, Komail Aijazzudin, Waseem Ahmed, Nahid Raza and Shezad Dawood.
The auction was conducted by the CEO of Bonhams, Mr. Mathew Girling. Before the auction commenced, Nuria Rafique Iqbal said a few words about Pakistan Rising and its charity work towards improving our schools in Swat, building a community empowerment centre there and for flood relief in Sindh.
