Terror hits the heart of the capital

A suicide bomber struck in the heart of Pakistan’s capital city near the centrally located Navy headquarters on Main Margala Road. A navy official was killed in the explosion and two others have been critically wounded.
The suicide bomber came up to a checkpoint at the entrance of the Navy headquarters and detonated his explosives when questioned by security guards. According to witnesses, charred remains of flesh were scatted across Islamabad’s main road.
Islamabad’s top administration official, Fazeel Asghar, told reporters that the bomber was about 17 to 18 years old and was wearing a jacket laden with explosives.
