e2e SCM Pvt. Ltd. partners with C Square Consulting for deployment of state-of-the-art Contact Centre

C Square Consulting along with its partner Front Office will deploy the technology for the new e2e SCM Customer Care Centre.
A leading name in the Supply Chain Industry in Pakistan, e2e SCM, has selected C Square Consulting and Front Office for deployment of a Customer Care Centre. The signing ceremony for the contract was held at e2e SCM office in Clifton, Karachi. At the occasion, Mr. Sheikh Tahir Azmat, Director Front Office, Mr. Shabbir Baxamoosa, Director Front Office, Mr. Abid Butt, CEO e2e SCM, Mr. Ahsan Mashkoor, CEO, Mr. Hassan R. Shaikh, CTO of C Square Consulting and Naima Shahab, Head of Communication & Marketing e2e SCM were present.
The new state-of-the-art Contact Centre is the embodiment of e2e SCM’s mission to facilitate its customers’ needs. With its success in supply chain management solutions, e2e realises the need for quality customer care which was also reflected in the words of its CEO, Mr. Abid at the occasion:

For this purpose, the company has selected Avaya Communication system for their internal and external communication needs. C Square Consulting along with its partner Front Office will be responsible for the deployment of complete customer care solutions. The customer care operations will be handled by Front Office and the technology will be developed and implemented by C Square Consulting.
The deployment process is said to be completed within 4-6 weeks time. It will include custom development of Self Service Application from where e2e customers can track shipments, log complaints, inquire about shipping rates etc. Renowned for providing customer-tailored solutions, C Square will provide e2e with the latest technology to take its customer service to the next level in the long run.
